Terms and Conditions — Bajilogin Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

Welcome to bajilogin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player," "you," or "your") and bajilogin ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing bajilogin's website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Bajilogin operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform, offering services including cricket betting, live casino games, jackpot slots, crash games, poker, roulette, Teen Patti, and other gaming products. The platform is designed specifically for Pakistani players, with accounts denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and payment support for locally prevalent methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard.

These Terms should be read together with bajilogin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use bajilogin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Bajilogin strictly prohibits access by persons under 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal disability that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use bajilogin.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one bajilogin account. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through associates — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information, particularly regarding identity, age, or payment details, is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on bajilogin or any other gaming platform where cross-platform exclusion applies.

To access bajilogin's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing your Pakistani mobile number, creating a secure password, and confirming your agreement to these Terms. Registration is free of charge.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Bajilogin is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A copy of a valid Pakistani government-issued identity document (CNIC, SNIC, or Passport)
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., confirmation of the Easypaisa or JazzCash account in your name)

Bajilogin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Bajilogin processes all player funds in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges. The following rules govern all financial transactions on bajilogin:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 500 via bank transfer (IBFT); Rs 1,000 via Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your bajilogin account instantly for mobile wallet methods and within 30 minutes for bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Bajilogin does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 2,000 for bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 60 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your bajilogin account.
• Bajilogin charges zero fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider's standard fees may apply separately.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours for bank transfer are queued and processed at the start of the next business day.

Bajilogin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard AML/KYC requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Bajilogin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general bonus rules which apply across the platform.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on bajilogin bonuses is 20× the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bajilogin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets across two accounts, exploiting errors in game software, or coordinated wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine risk.
• Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from specific bonus offers. Any such exclusions are stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.

Bajilogin does not use misleading bonus advertising. The headline figure of any bonus always reflects the actual bonus amount, not a theoretical maximum achievable only under extremely unlikely circumstances.

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on bajilogin, across all game types including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, poker, roulette, and Teen Patti:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding on bajilogin only when it has been fully processed by the system and confirmed with a transaction reference number. Bets that show as "Pending" due to technical issues are not confirmed until the system generates a reference number.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game and betting market has published minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby or betting interface. Bajilogin reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant match or tournament (ICC, PCB, or other applicable body). In the event of a match being abandoned, voided, or decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, settlement follows the specific market rules published in the cricket betting section.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to connectivity and system availability. Bajilogin is not responsible for bets that cannot be placed due to connection interruptions on the player's side. If a bet is accepted by the system, it is binding regardless of subsequent connection issues.
• Errors: If a game or odds are published with a manifest error (for example, an obviously incorrect price that no reasonable person would expect to be genuine), bajilogin reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in full.
• Disconnections: In the event of disconnection during a live casino game round, bajilogin's server-side logs determine the outcome. The logged outcome is final and will be settled accordingly.

Bajilogin is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account, whether personally or through family members, associates, or any other party, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting in Teen Patti, or sharing private hole-card information in live games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets on bajilogin without manual human input for each action. All gameplay must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on payment transactions after receiving gaming services. Any account found to have made fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended and the amount in question pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Abuse of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or glitches to gain credits or winnings that would not be obtainable under normal game operation.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or providing false identity information to bajilogin's support or verification teams.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bajilogin players free of charge from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Increases to limits take 72 hours to take effect; decreases are immediate.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further bets cannot be placed until the period resets.

• Bajilogin does not guarantee that the platform will be available uninterrupted at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Unscheduled outages will be resolved as quickly as practicable.

Bajilogin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of being requested to do so.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable law regarding dormant accounts.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination, any real-money funds held in your account (after deducting any applicable forfeitures under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days, provided KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.

You may close your bajilogin account at any time by contacting support at support@bajilogin.click. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Bajilogin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bajilogin will:

• Send a notification to the email address or mobile number registered on your account at least seven days before material changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
